Error Code 6185

on demand isn't working at all with error code 6185, says due to a issue with my account but its fully paid up as of 7.40 this morning. Any ideas?

Normal first step actions should be applied. Power off and then on!

Give it a go and if that fails call customer services, faults.

Sorted now, they fixed it remotely I messaged them on the virgin forum.
