I don't know who the golfer is, and I don't know if this is real or not, but one golfer managed to get a hole in one after skimming the ball across a lake.

The pot looks fake because as the camera rises a second mysterious ball that was not there before appears

The slope hides the green from the rough to the flag where the 2nd ball was hence you couldn't see it before the camera's position is raised. Check out the 2nd video which shows it from the opposite angle and you can plainly see the ball.

This also looks like a ball skimming competition/demonstration and not a regular game of golf

that would explain why there are other balls on the green
