Virgin Contract Help

Hi all,

Anybody here working for VM?

I need to talk to customer service person regarding cancellation of a contract.

This is not an official Virgin Media forum. You will have to call Virgin Media and pass DPA questions to discuss your contract.

Some members have helped before as they work for VM. The contract doesn't belong to me.

If the contract doesn't belong to you, how do you expect to get anywhere with anyone. To discuss a contract issue you'll need to call Virgin Media.

As stated above, this forum is not Virgin Media.

You could tell us your issues and someone may be able to ADVISE you as how to approach it but the very likely answer will be call Virgin.
