Blair to assist Albania's quest for EU membership

The former UK prime minister said he would "love" the former Communist nation, one of the poorest in Europe, to be accepted.

Albanian leader Edi Rama said Mr Blair, who is not receiving a fee, was "totally" committed to helping.

The country has been criticised by EU officials previously for not doing enough to root out corruption.

I suppose all the peace evident in the Middle East is the reason why Blair has got time for this sort of thing...

Albania are most welcome to him. Maybe if he makes himself indispensable they won't let him leave.

If tony thinks albania is good enough i presume he has a home there and spends a lot of time there....................................thought not put a sock in it blair your getting boring.
