Superhub Keeps Disconnecting

Hello,

Since getting upgraded to 60MB internet, we had the DLink router replaced with the superhub.

Since having the superhub, the internet connection keeps dropping out sometimes up to a couple of times a day. When this happens it affects LAN and Wireless connections.

I have tried restarting the router 10-15 time by powering off at the mains and as well as logging into the router and selecting the restart option. Neither of these make any difference. I have also left it off for 30 minutes and powering back on but still no luck.

Network log is below:

Is there any errors reported for your area on the virgin status page? Also whats your powerlevel like if you could post it here people will tell you if its a power issue or not.

Has this been happening ever since you got the SH1? Or has it just started if its happening since hte start it could be a dodgy unit.

Re: Superhub Keeps Disconnecting

Cables are tightly screwed in both ends (SH and wall box)?:

I think the problem's on the upstream (see Dynamic Range Violation message).

If everything's tight, either the SH is up the creek or it's a line condition anywhere between yourgaff andf the first active node (fibre node).
