Outgoing calls

Is there any service that VM offer, where they can block outgoing calls for a set time?

Going on a weeks vacation soon, and I don't want to risk the house-minder running up my phone bill. So I want to block all outgoing calls except for 999, for a period of 9 days.

Is this possible with VM, and how much does it cost if it is?

Why not disconnect your phones and lock them away?

You will need to call up and activate call baring for outgoing calls.
