Netgear WNDR3700v4 Issue

I have bought this router today and i have a minor issue where i cannot find the setting to get it to respond to pings from the internet.

Anyone have any idea?

Have you tried Advanced > WAN setup ?

That's where it is on mine although I do have one of the original models, not the v4
