Cheap sim from Virgin OR is it?
What EXACTLY do I get when I have a £12,pay monthly tariff, It not that clear, or perhaps that's the trick..
ESSENTIAL SIM: 1200 min, Unlimited txt, 1 gb data plan... NOW the best part... who can I use the 1200 min on, private land lines, other mobiles on different carriers OR is it just Virgin to Virgin use only, and at the end of the moth get whacked by a hefty bill for calling non Virgin landlines/mobile costumers. On top of the selection of offers is this All our tariffs give you unlimited calls and texts to other Virgin Mobile numbers. yet someone on virginmedia forum said it only appliers to the first 60min THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY THE GOING RATE to call Virgin mobile phones.... can someone explain as I like the Essential plan.:dunce: |
Re: Cheap sim from Virgin OR is it?
You will get 1200 minutes that can be used to call numbers starting with 01, 02, 03 and all UK mobile networks. Unlimited person to person texts to UK numbers and 1gb of data per month.
The unlimited calls and texts to Virgin mobile numbers is on top of the above allowances. The 60 minute thing is basically if you are talking to someone for 59 minutes the call is free, if you go over 60 minutes then you will get charged but i'm not sure if you get charged for the whole call or just what you used after the first 60 minutes. All this info is available here http://store.virginmedia.com/virgin-...nthly-sim.html in the 'General Mobile' section of the legal stuff. |

Included minutes apply to landline 01, 02, 03 numbers and any UK mobile as already explained.
Been using VM SIM only for years. Excellent value. No problems. |

Re: Cheap sim from Virgin OR is it?
If you request a new SIM, you may have to pay for it, so if you already have a Virgin SIM let them know.
