Talk Talk?
 

Hey there,

Just moved from BT to Talk Talk. The package is £23 a month.

Download speed varies it was just 3MB moments ago. Even with two users with minimal downloading, it shouldn't be too slow.

Could it be the line?

What speed were you getting when you were on BT? Speeds vary on ADSL depending how far you are from the phone exchange. If you log in to the router it should tell you what speed you're connecting at

According to TalkTalk website router settings can be found at http://192.168.1.1 with the username and password as admin

Speeds vary on ADSL, speeds vary even more on talktalk

3MB is 24Mbit which is exceedingly good for ADSL.
