Looking for a new phone

Hi i wonder if anyone can help me please.

Im looking for a new phone as my windows phone isnt doing what i want it to do its a Nokia Lumia 800.

I have a sim only contract with Orange and wish to stay with orange and buy the handset but i want an Android handset. The problem is the only androids i cant find have a tiny memory when it comes to apps like 250mb. I know its expandable by SD card but some apps especially those loaded onto the phones dont like to be copied to SD.

I wanna spend a max of around £150 but if i really like the phone maybe i will stretch a little further.

Can anyone help me.
Carys.

Theres not a lot about at the moment in the way of Android with a good size memory in it.

This is why i also got the Lumia 800 when i changed my phone last year.

S3 mini is available on O2 for £180, and I believe it has 8GB (plus you can add a micro-SD).

I'm buying a Huawei Y300 soon, cheap from Carphone warehouse (about £70). I've got the G300 and love it, no need to spend more money. The internal memory will be ample if used with an SD card, what 250mb apps are there that can't be moved to the memory card? Rooting the phone will let you delete the stock crap anyway. Unlocking is also cheap so don't be restricted by the fact you are on Orange.

Galaxy S2 has 16GB of memory *and* an SD card slot, HTC One X has 32GB. The former is less than £150 on Play.com

Bollocks.

PAYG => £0-£151 => Orange => Android

Ten out of 15 of those phones have 4GB or more. Only *one third* have less than 4GB. Of those 5 with <4GB, one has 1GB and one has 2.9GB.

I spend less than 5 minutes looking and find 80% of Android phones £150 or less have at least 1GB storage and 66% have at least 4GB storage built in, not counting the expandable storage.

IMO the S3 Mini is a pile of crap, as the S2 is better in almost every way.

S2 has bigger and better quality screen, better network support, faster 3G, more memory, faster CPU, double the storage, bigger battery, better cameras front and back, better speaker and audio quality, etc. etc.

And it costs less. £145.59 Free delivery on any network.

I can sell you a Google Nexus 4 boxed in good condition. But they are worth abit more than £150 - let me know if you're interested? (PM me) It's a quad core 2GB beast with 8GB storage and it's not locked to any network. I've tested an orange sim in it no probs

Cheers
