Tunbridge Wells
I have now been without a home phone since Sunday 28th July and since last Friday Virgin have been saying that the problem is fixed and that the engineer is carrying out final checks. since then the predicted date/time for service to resume has moved on a daily basis and is now saying 6pm on Friday 9th August.:confused:

Poor service me thinks. I thought T Wells was in Old Blighty not in the Congo.
