plus also channel has sound pop worried this might damage audio equipment. It can be anything from 3 secs to fully 20 seconds picture freeze:(

Only channel to do this.

very intermittent but at least once hour you will get the problem.

Not sure if fault coming from virgin to be fair as its only channel doing it.

No problems here with ginx tv so maybe its worth giving VM a ring to boost the signal.

thanks they had boosted it before due to issue me having 2 boxes unless over time they reduced it again.

Only other thing its the nottingham feed to east coast the headend of our area which problem.

I've had the same thing happen, although only 1-2 seconds on Ginx

Same here, but I don't think it's signal level related. All other channels are fine.

yep usually only small last night during blurb was much bigger which worryingly is it getting worse.

Can popping damage audio in tv or say hifi headphones as ccan be quite nasty.

dav agreed getting impression too more I think possible ginx tv fault

Who owns ginx gamespot? only thinking this because lucy james.

They're not owned by anybody. Also presenters can be freelance.

spiderplant there was judder at 10.06 on the blurb this morning with momentary loss sound not been watching channel too much at moment due other stuff.

sorry bump this but been really bad sound and pic glitch just now at 19.21 last 3 to 4 secs at least no bad pop.

edit also at 19.25 too as well.
