MS word Food Labels

1 Attachment(s)
Hi

Ok I have a problem, ive uploaded a snapshot of my food labels. I have managed to spend 20 minutes designing my first label, which i want to have printed off on all 8 labels, but for some reason i cant fathom out how to do it in MS word.

It on;ly lets me print 1 label off, but i dont want to have to keep copy and pasting the "Elements" into each label within MS word.

Can anyone help on how i can quickly print off all 8 labels?

Why not create a table and paste the image into each row/column?

Can you not just select the entire image and text from the box already filled and then copy and paste into the other boxes?

Could you not use a label option from the mail merge menu & have a page of the same labels.

In word there should be a menu option for labels somewhere in the mail merge section. It will then ask you if you want a page of the same labels. You can customise the page to suit the label size you are printing, then you paste the label into the box provided, preview & then print.
