NFL Monday night football

Does anyone know who has the rights to Broadcast this in the UK? I'm guessing as BT Sports have ESPN it will be them but hopefully not (unless VM get it in the XL package).

MNF wasnt shown last year. The game was shown on the BBC red button. But the show wasnt picked up by ESPN, unlike the year before.

If my memory serves me it was a very late last minute agreement signed last year for NFL, was it only a 1 year extension?

Yes the BBC came to the rescue after ESPN pulled out at the last minute to show MNF.
I am hopping Channel 4 will still show SNF. As far as MNF is concerned it will be interesting to see who picks it up.

Thanks alwaysabear,

Dare I say could this be one that BT might jump in and take if sky are not too careful they left it to last 24 hours before the opening Thursday night game last time.

Its a distinct possibility , imo it depends whether the NFL want to keep the late games on free to air TV to keep promoting the game here.
