Sony Freeview Recorder Fail

It seems a firmware update has caused Sony Freeview recorders in the UK to fail. No word from Sony themselves yet. Or is it Arqiva's fault?

Even Panasonic rarely put updates over the airwaves AFAIK. The last one (to stop the machines looking for analogue channels screwed my machine, and no doubt many others).

Mines back to normal now , apart from the weird colours in the freeview EPG!

It wasn't the firmware it seems , but the freeview update playing up somehow ...
