Customer service help
Hi all hoping somebody can help had issues with vm and canceled retentions phoned me n made me a offer said I would av to speak to me mum and to call back. Promised a call atb12 no call.
How do I get in touch with outbound calls because retention a inbound can see the offer but cannot do it outbound a have to but I am not getting called back:confused: ---------- Post added at 20:12 ---------- Previous post was at 19:36 ---------- Is there any one who can help all I get wen I call is " all I can do is fill a priority form out n some one will call u" |

If you are really having trouble, get in touch with them through Twitter. I did back in February and they sorted it within 36 hours. Obviously better to do it during normal office hours, as tweets can be missed overnight.

Agreed, Twitter are very very helpful for VM queries.
