It's the unlimited VM to VM that's different.

My tariff doesn't have that.

But you can call them with the unlimited minutes anyway. unless I really am missing something?

You can indeed. But on my tariff the Mobile minutes are only 3000. It's only landline that's unlimited.

I'm only specifically referring to the difference between the tariffs.

As for tethering, you are not 'supposed' to do it now no. Even if you have unlimited data. Also once you hit 3.5gb usage in a month your speed is restricted.
