Exchange Change

Twice in the last few months I have had people knocking at my door from Talk Talk saying did I know about the changes at the exchange.
Now I tell them that it don't effect me being with Virgin.
Am I correct in this?

Yes you're right, Virgin Media have their own phone exchanges
