Confusing billing

Hi all

I wonder if any of you have experienced the issue i am having?

I switched from Sky to VM in Nov 2012 (installed 7th Nov). I was sold the VIP package consisting of 1TB Tivo box + extra V+HD box, XL TV pack, 100mb broadband and phone package. This was £60pm for the 1st 6 months.

Every bill they have sent has been incorrect and i have spent untold time on the phone every month attempting to sort the bills out.

Anyway, long story short....

The above package for 6 months should equate to £360, + 5 months Box Nation £50, + £42 worth of movies (we don't use the landline so no call charges). I calculate this to be £452.

They are billing me £530 for that same period.

I have already paid them £301, and need to pay another £151 however i have informed them i will not be paying anymore until they have explained the bills to me.

I have been on the phone and sent numerous emails asking how they came to this amount but am yet to receive an explanation.

Has anyone else had similar issues or even better is someone able to explain their billing system to me?

Thanks

Re: Confusing billing

Remember you are billed a month in advance and so your first bill should be for more than one month's rental. Do you have a written contract from them? This would give us some idea of how you have been over or under charged. What do the monthly bills look like for the fixed charges?
