Potential for lowering my bill / getting more features
 

Below is my current Virgin package. I'm concerned with how high my bill has become each month, especially as I see all these other offers from Sky, BT etc. I don't have Tivo.

What do people think about my charges. Am I likely to get much of a reduction/extra if I phone up. I don't need the PC support anymore.

Whats the best number to ring? Thanks.

I am nearly the same package/price and would be interested to see if anyone thinks I could improve it ie swap out hd payment for tivo etc?

and what is the cost of upgrading to tivo anyway:scratch::shrug:

I'm not sure about the pricing but if you phone up you should be able to go from 20mb to 30mb at no extra cost, might be worth giving retentions a go though as they can offer better deals than customer services.

Usually a £49 install charge then £5 a month subscription charge
