BT Sport an Virginmedia.

So.....

I'm just wondering how much did VM pay ESPN per subscriber to XLTV to have ESPN channels included? Sure if it was £6-£7 per subscriber then why don't VM use that to subsidies BT-Sport for its customers?

So keep XLTV at the price it is but offer BT-Sport for just £5 a month extra? HD included? Considering its 38 EPL games, not 23 like ESPN there is definitely added value.

So would anyone here on TVXL pay say an extra £7 to lose ESPN but gain BT-Sport?

I probably would. It would be a shocker if XL customers weren't reimbursed in some way for the loss of ESPN either with a reduction in monthly cost and/or a subsidised rate for BT sports, ie Virgin absorbing some of the cost.

That's if they get it at all at the moment. I can't believe they haven't sorted this out yet.

Remember ESPN was not sorted out until July.
