VIP Package
 

Well I'm looking for some helpful advise from you good people on here.
I feel I'm currently being let down and overcharged for my current services
I've been on the VIP pack for quite a few years about 3 months after they started them and apart from my BB being increased to 60mb I feel my services severely lack those people get now for less money

Well to tell you about my package
I'm currently on
60mb BB
TV XL with Sky Sports and Sky Movies 1x V+ box in the lounge & 1 x very old (Partially Broken) Samsung smt2100
And XL phone

Currently with between 1 & 3 phones calls per month approx 1-2 hrs use UK ONLY (as I use my mobile to phone everyone)

My average bill is Between £120 and £130 per month :shocked:
The money is not an issue otherwise I would downgrade but I would like to get what I pay for as it seems some customers get 1tb tivo, extra hd box, and xl phone for less money.
Please help me out as I'm getting more and more confused with the packages the more I look at them

Give retentions a call - I find if you're fine with them then they're fine with you. If you're happy to commit to another 12 months they normally can do something for you.

Ok I will do that tomorrow, do you know if I upgrade to tivo and the extra hd box will I be charged the extra install charge? or is it just an activation charge?

I think you're on the old VIP package because VIP now includes 100/120mb broadband and Sky Sports and movies in HD, if you change to the new VIP 'collection' you will get all the stuff new customers get for £114.98 but you might even be able to get the half price for 6 months offer too. Yes it's the very very old VIP Package the same one as when it started except they have upped my broadband from the original 20mb to the now 60mb but other than that I've got all the old equipment what's the best time to ring retentions and is that still the "thinking of leaving option?"

Anytime is fine for retentions but I think they close around 8pm??? Yeah that's the option :)
