Loss of Programme and Pixelation??

Ok I have been losing channels and a notice comes up and states "This channel is not available at the moment, if it happens again contact Virgin through 150" Also on a few channels I have a lot ot pixelation, any ideas why as the other channels are fine.

Had this on Saturday lunchtime and also a bit on Monday. Also last Tuesday it went off for 2 hours.

Sounds like a signal problem, you might need to contact VM for a tech to come out and check that your levels are ok
