My Offers In My Virgin Media.
Hi guys, hope all is well.
I have been a VIP package customer for a number of years now and currently have the V+ HD box downstairs and a standard HD box in the bedroom. This is probably old news as i haven't been on the VM website for months and months but i can now see that as part of the VIP package you get a TiVo box. I went onto my offers and saw the option to 'swap to TiVo 500GB' and 'swap to TiVo 1TB'. I thought i would click on the links to find out more and when i did it came up saying 'your order has been confirmed'.. No warning or 'click to confirm' 'click to submit order' etc etc and now im a little worried as i opened both in new tabs. Im just hoping it was a page error. If any kind VM employee could have a look at my account for me i would be most grateful, i can PM you my account number. I just want peace of mind that nothing has been ordered.. you would need to call them on 150 as any staff that do post on here couldn't do that due to needing to pass DPA.
