Anyone know if the Skyhub router is configurable, eg for hooking up IP Cameras, opening oports, etc.

Yup, the interface is similar to that of previous Sky routers, and allows you to set up "services" and then add those services to the in/out firewall rules (e.g. forward Xbox Live ports to a specific IP).
