My grandson is able to bypass my password to watch films paid for ones, by just entering 3 or 4 times a 4 fugure number, the system then asks for a new password I think, is there any way of over-riding this please. Ta

I think that is you call Virgin they are able to do something at their end, but someone will be along who knows more about it than me?

That shouldn't be possible - after several wrong attempts it's blocked and then the only way to reset it is either via the phone line or TV app - both of which ask for the account password before they'll reset the PIN

Be aware, however, if it's a V box, it doesn't actually ask for a PIN for paid films if you are in the watershed period for what you are trying to watch - unless you've upped the parental control to maximum, when it then asks for the PIN for everything.
