Adding Sky Movies and Loyalty discount
 

Hi :)

I currently have a loyalty discount and it says I may lose it if I change my package.

does this include adding Sky Movies?

Would only be a problem if you downgrade. Adding premium channels shouldn't affect it.

If worried, call retentions and talk to them about it.

No worries, if they gave you the discount in the first place it makes sense to go back to them and ask about any changes.

I have loyalty discounts, had better and better ones each time and I've always retained them when adding and removing premium channels, but always best to check.
