Why is my Google Cloud Printer greyed out?
 

Why is my Google Cloud Printer greyed out?
I tried all the things I saw on help sites - printer switched on - no duplicate printers etc - and I did print something off on it from a remote location successfully the other day (but from a different device) using Chrome


There does not seem to be anything amiss with the printer - which is a wireless one showing the wireless connection ok - and I printed a self test page from it just to make sure



ideas appreciated :confused:

have you tried removing and re-adding the printer to the account?
