No Virgin icon on phone
 

On my previous SE Experia 8 phone, there was a Virgin icon which you could open to see how much time you had left on your tariff. I now have a Galaxy Ace 2 and although there is a Virgin icon, when I open it I only get a choice of TopUp, Services and Help. So this means I have to enter my user name and password to open the site. Is there a way around this? The previous icon was called "Account"

Have you checked the Play Store for a Virgin Mobile app?
