That you can just plug in like that?

Hmm upon closer inspection, this model seems fraught with issues, wonder what else we have to just plug in to a power socket.

Not one that just plugs in, no. Not sure why you would want one that just plugs in, that severely restricts your positioning and connectivity options.

I'm only really wanting it to increase the signal in the bedroom for the tablet & phone, as the router is on one side of the house and the bedrooms are the other, the signals not great. (though better than the superhub, that thing barely got a signal to the bedroom)

I could have plugged that thing or similar in the hall landing upstairs and got a bit of a boost without a lot of bother.
