This may work well only time will tell. Beats having children die of cold from being left all over the place.

In this country, having a section for the names of the parents has become meaningless. Just about any 2 people can be put down.

If a false name is used, how will the child be able to find out the mother's name once they become old enough?

So the mother still has to say who she is, it just doesn't have to go on the birth certificate.
