Swansea has actually come on a long way in the last decade so I can see it offering a valid case providing you avoid Townhill. And Mayhill. And Bonymaen. And Blaenamaes. And Penlan.

Clase isn't so bad, it claims pseudo-middle class status with the DVLA being so close. St Thomas almost benefits from the SA1 development and Waun Wen....hmmmm good call.

From my point of view know some great old friends and family in most of these places. Trouble is, I'm not one of the judges.
