Can anyone tell me where i can find out where calls to certain countries costs?

I need to make a call to Bulgaria +359.

Call Bulgarian landlines from 1p per minute using carrier select. Bound to be cheaper than VM, though I don't know how much VM charge for calling the carrier select number.
