BT international calls
 

BT phone is not making international calls for 5 months, I have contacted BT on dozens of times, they say they will solve my problem but they have never solved. I want to sue them for not fulfilling the contract, and causing continuous problem for me. As well as they have been telling me lie that they will solve my problem. What can I do to sue them?
