I don't really see it being an issue ,as mentioned in the other thread if they where that devout they would not be in prison .I'm afraid this will just encourage a lot of prisoners to all of a sudden be devout Muslims and get loads of compensation

Pretty much yes ,making the wrong decision doesn't make a person innocent

A minor crime but still a crime and not sure if anyone has actually gone to jail for downloading music/films in the UK

I did ,long and hard ,i decided that i couldn't give a rats about prisoners food .Some of the prisoners should feel lucky they get fed at all.Quite frankly it's a fuss over nothing and we should be more concerned about what law abiding citizens are eating

What about those that have been released years later because they're innocent?
they didn't make any decisions. the people who put them in there made the decisions for them.


TV licences and not having one carries a custodial sentence.
