Our friends down at the Senedd rarely do anything admirable but it's nice to see when they lead by example, as rare as it may be...

They're still getting paid the same as the other AM members and it's only 12K less than a true MP...


The only bit in report that truly highlights any difference is that their meetings are compulsory.. Not sure that would work in Westminster with the greater distances travelled but there should be a hi minimum figure for attended meetings..

Does it mention what they claim in expenses? I'm the cynical type that would suggest any drop in wages might be covered by claiming for several kitchen sinks.
