Broadband Quality / Ping Monitor is blank
 

just went to check my monitor and it is completely blank for the last 24 hours.

I attempted to create a new one but was told that the IP address was already being monitored.

anyone experienced similar and know what the score is?

As its been reported as broken for other ISP's as well TBB forum link I would assume its a problem at TBB end.

Sorry I meant the time line across the bottom, the 10am wasn't showing when I posted my reply @ 10.26 but it obviously is now.

Safe to say after the outage yesterday they're still ironing out the kinks...

By the looks of it any chart that does not have a full 24 hours of plot data is missing the vertical bar. That's normal. Though there's probably a higher proportion of them right now due to the outage.

LOL. Dateline is present on my VM TBB. Go on - blame it on thr SH in router mode!!

Mine is probably missing from my home one because my IP changed last night.

Mines is completely red here on Sky. Same ip as well so its not that.
