Play pull out of Jersey and become a marketplace only
Due to changes in VAT law. They used to be good but not competitive in recent years I will not miss them however the numbers who lost jobs in Jersey will

To be honest, if they couldn't run the business without the tax break, then it wasn't much of a business

I have spent thousand via play over the years and never had any problems.

IMO Play.com started going downhill after Rakuten bought them.
Also, even before this was announced, you could see from the website that it was pushing the marketplace more and more, and I don't think it's as clear on the difference compared to using Amazon / Amazon Marketplace. |
