Are VM blocking Livejournal.com?
 
Is there a way of telling wehether Virgin Media are blocking a particular site - www.livejournal.com?

For the last three hours I've been unable to get to it directly, though I did manage to access it through a proxy. The LJ status site shows no problems either.

I tried tracert and got the following details:

It looks to me like the connection is failing when it tries to leave virgin media.
Can anyone else access livejournal.com?

I've tried rebooting my computer (and superhub) and this is the only site which shows a problem - on either of my computers.

Just checked same issue but I doubt VM would block a social site.

Loaded here fine the second time, but the first time it didn't.

Loaded very fast few times i tried but seems they are not letting ping their web or i have some settings at my DoS and may stopping the trace
