Go into the Superhub web GUI and set your own SSID and password

it is called a walled garden and all modems go into it until they are activated.

Thats it we couldn't activate it so the engineer said the man he spoke to turned off the way you would set up with username & password so now i dont know how to connect to Wifi.

You'll need to go to this link http://192.168.0.1 (or to 192.168.100.1 for a Superhub operating in Modem Mode) and use the username: admin and the default password: changeme.

Quick question - Have you tried the SSID and password that are on the label on the 'underside' of the SH?

You'll need to change your tv setting to zoom.
