Re: virgin v Box

No, it won't work - it has to be connected to the VM Cable TV network, and have a valid account.

The V Box is the property of Virgin Media, even if you bought it off eBay. You shouldn't be taking it away anywhere or connecting it to anything.

It always cracks me up how many will buy a box off eBay or expect a box they acquire to just work .

One from your Spanish cable provider. If it's ONO, they have TiVo

You would be better asking people in Spain to be honest. This forum is mostly concerned with Virgin Media in the UK and Virgin doesn't allow anything on its network except equipment it supplies. Cable operators elsewhere in the world may have different policies but you'll be lucky to find anyone here with the relevant expertise to advise you.
