Re: VM have work to do to be top
The original Ofcom findings: http://media.ofcom.org.uk/2012/12/04...ls-revealed-2/
These would suggest that satisfaction levels amongst VM's TV, Broadband and phone providers are around average, but they do have a problem with a higher than average proportion of dissatisfied customers. |
Re: VM have work to do to be top
No surprise that customers are more satisfied with Sky than VM along with being more dissatisfied with VM in all areas.
VM got beat to being worst in all areas by a little 1% lol. |
Re: VM have work to do to be top
No surprise to me as was why I left to go to sky.

Re: VM have work to do to be top
I wonder what the results would be now as yet more price increases are announced?

Don't think my BT prices have gone up once, ever, but then again I'm on a prepaid deal

Re: VM have work to do to be top
15.1% increase on VM this year - a retention deal that sees my bill go UP (that was from outbound Retention too!)
Off to Sky I've gone for TV, gets installed Tuesday - Ironically I am probably going to keep VM TV, but only because the bundles cheap and I already have a 1tb TiVO - internet and phone can't be beat - if VM keeps this up they are going to end up having to target the low revenue, low need customers and just hope they get the volume - thy have no interest right now in retaining high ARPU accounts. |

The problem virgin has is that its cost per product is pretty much the same, e.g. the 50mb and the 100mb, broadband, if the customer already has sufficient equipment cost virgin very little, if anything to provide, the problem is they fix the costs and sell goodwill as an alternative. It simply doesn't work - retentions tried to get me to take a lower quality service for a 50p a month saving. Instead they lost me as a customer completely. |
