Retentions Number?
 

Can someone tell me how to contact retentions?

It used to be 150 from virgin phone then option 5 'thinking of leaving'.

This option now seems to have disappeared from the menu, option 5 now being 'moving house'.

Has it changed because too many people were ringing the number to obtain better deals?

It is still 150 but the options have changed, it's now option 5 then option 3 :)
