Thinking of coming back to Virgin
 

Hello All.
Just had a letter through door from Virgin, offering me

Tivo box activation free
Free V+ HD box
ESPN HD free
Free installation.
Plus half price entertainment for 6 months.

i see Virgin has change its package line up since i left last year a few channels are not in XXl like last year only in VIP, also can someone tell me why dose VIP package have more HD channels than XXL package, has Virgin got ITV1,2,3,4, in HD yet,also not sure what entertainment package this deal refers to, is this a good deal or would i just be better off going for the VIP Half price for 6 months,sorry last thing if i came back now on the 6 months half price deal would the price increase affect me. sorry for such a long post.

VIP you get the Sky Movies and Sports and their HD versions in the package as standard.

No Virgin does not have ITV 2/3/4 in HD only ITV1 HD.
Price increase I believe will still apply to you when it kicks in but still half I guess.

Thanks for your reply trickytree,need to think about this now not got long left be for offer expires,only thing that is still putting me off is the box that supply's all of Virgins services to my flat on the side of my flats is open again & all the cables are exposed, this happens quite a bit where I live, I'm sure it to an engineer 3 days to come & close it last time I reported it to Virgin,just worried if the box isn't sorted out I might lose all my services.:(
