Recordings coming up Undifined

I have a V+ box and over the last couple of days all recordings have had Undefined instead of a title. These are series recordings and have had no problem before.
Anyone got any idea why this is happening?

Have you tried a reboot?

It was caused by incorrect guide data being transmitted last Tuesday. It should stop happening tomorrow, though your existing recordings will remain with the wrong title.

It only started to happen yesterday, had no problem before then

It started on yesterday's recordings because they are planned a week in advance. If you'd looked in Planned Recordings, you would have seen them earlier (as these people did)
