Interference fault North West

Started after 2pm today, the VM BB was virtually at a stand still, phoned up CS and and there was an announcement of a fault in "Wirral"? Couldn't hear what it was (he was heavily accented) so spoke to the CS guy (UK !! ) and explained to me there is an Interference fault in the area and might take up to 2-4 days to clear. I am at SK10. Thank goodness for my back up BT line or I wouldn't been able to post this.
