Le3 no connection?

Hi guys having major service problems in le3 on vm 30mb bb been down since 3pm. Can't seem to get a wan ip logs are showing various errors from map request entry failed to dhcp failed, connected via shub

Restarting router results in only 1 upstream and downstream connection. Contacted vm who want to send any engineer I've explained power levels and my equipment are fine....

Sorry for short writing I'm posting off an iPad

I think thats my graph from 2 sundays ago, and I believe I am on a different segment to you 2 guys, you both seem on a lower utilised segment and that outage isnt affecting me.

Re: Le3 no connection?

CEO office spoke to me today.

According to them my segment has 2 upgrades ongoing, the 2nd a large one. First done in 2-3 days, the other end of jan 2013.

They did try to blame issues on STM as well.

in threads I dont usually post live graphs since it then changes from the time the post was made, but my live graph is always in my sig.

Re: Le3 no connection?

about an hour into my f1 stream it starts buffering every 5 seconds. This time the upload is also affected,

speedtest

completely a joke.

I am thinking of going to sky adsl now and seeing if they will let me do that on the basis I can migrate to FTTC when its available.

Re: Le3 no connection?

I see from my graph mine is still up (no longer using it) but latency is all over place at the moment.

Outages could be sign they doing work at least.

Bit of an unprofessional way to be "doing work"...

Re: Le3 no connection?

agreed, but remember that time I had a reseg done at 9pm peak time :P

VM in le3 dont seem too bothered about time of day.
