Radio channel synopsis/full EPG listings returning??
 

A possible glimmer of hope...

This morning, after the 2.15am update, I noticed that the V+ had an extra days listings in "planned recordings". They were all there as expected for the day, correct duration etc BUT all were called "undefined".

I am wondering if the V+ is now being prompted to look for the extra day, but that the EPG for the day had not yet been populated.

Hopefully, this means that the hidden olympic channels have been removed and that new channels and full radio synopsis will be added/return.

Update.

The radio channel synopses have not returned and the listings have not been extended.

The listings are still present for yesterday (15/11/12), each labelled as "undefined". They have the correct duration and the actual EPG for the 15th shows the correct data.

Can someone else please quickly check their "planned recordings" screen to see if this error is duplicated.

Think this is just a glitch with the EPG upload. Got loads of "undefined" listings on future days when I had to reboot one of my boxes. The situation fixed itself the following night.

Yesterday, despite a reboot, the situation was still the same.

Additionally, I have found that if one deletes an "undefined" programme and sets it again from the correctly labelled EPG, it still shows up in planned recordings as "undefined" :confused:

However, I found that setting a new programme (from a different channel) produces the correct result.

This was caused by incorrect listings data. Although the error was quickly corrected, some V+ boxes have cached it. You may have to wait until Wednesday for all the incorrect data to expire.
