Paying in advance with Virgin.

Are there any disadvantages to paying a year in advance for a Virgin fixed phone line?
I see it's Â£120 PA rather than Â£13.90 PMonth. Quite a saving. Knowing Virgin I'm wondering if it causes problems with billing.
