Technician Appointment automated calls
Anyone know how often the automated calls are repeated for appointments?
Our box is on the blink and a technician is booked for tomorrow. Although the call centre needs to be reminded what time of day it is (answered with "good evening" when it was this afternoon). :D So far we have received two automated calls regarding the appointment (press 1 to confirm). Confirmed twice now. This does seem somewhat OTT, surely one call is enough. :dozey: |
